The registration fee covers administrative processing, document verification, and formal tender evaluation. This is a one-time, non-refundable fee per tender application (except as noted in FAQs).
GPPDA welcomes qualified international and local firms. Our tender process is designed for transparency, fairness, and equal access.

Submit technical and financial proposals with all supporting documents.
Two-stage evaluation: technical followed by financial.

Multi-disciplinary experts evaluate all bids objectively.
Technical first, then financial for qualifying bids.
Highest combined score wins, subject to Board ratification.
No fixed minimum size. However, bidders must demonstrate financial capacity and relevant experience to fulfill contract requirements. SMEs are encouraged to participate and may form consortiums.
Most tenders require an accredited GPPDA agent to facilitate documentation and compliance. For specialized tenders, direct participation may be allowed on a case-by-case basis.
YES. The tender registration fee ($3,850) is 100% refundable within three (3) business days for companies that are formally disqualified and do not meet nomination criteria for contract award.
Typically 14–21 business days after submission deadline. Complex tenders may take up to 30 days. All bidders receive formal notification of results.
Modifications are permitted only before the submission deadline via written request. No changes allowed after deadline; withdrawal may affect bid security.
Some tenders include local content preferences as stated in the tender documents. International firms are encouraged to partner with local entities or include local value-addition.
